A Retainer Fee is required at the beginning of the process and is applied to the final invoice, $1,500 will typically cover the In-Home Design Consultation & The Kitchen and Bath Design, 2 Revisions, & one additional visit to the project site for a presentation and/or a meeting with the clients chosen General Contractor.

Depending on location (within 2 hours of Brookings, SD) this is structured to cover my time and travel.
I'm setting these appointments for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday currently.
During my busy season this can be 2 weeks out.

Assuming that I have all of the information needed to produce the design, provided to me from the Client & Contractor or from the Design Consultation.
Included is a Presentation Packet that includes Plans, Elevations, 3D Perspectives and information about the chosen/ideal product selections.
2 revisions included. Usually one revision is required to realign the designer and the client's visions and the other is for when you have your contractor/builders input.
You can take this packet and walk or you can work with me through my network of partners for purchasing your product.

Putting the design together is the part that a design client can see and attaches value towards. Behind the scenes acting as part of the project management team. I am processing the orders, paperwork, correcting/clarifying the orders/paperwork. and doing the follow-up with vendors, manufacturers and contractors.
Throughout the project I can easily spend 40 hours on even some of the simplest projects..
TIME + MILEAGE
This comes up when Inspecting product is needed.
Depending on the reason for the trip, the fees may be waived.

$180 - Additional Trips.
